I no longer breed button quail for the following reasons:

1. They can be very noisy

2. Their food can take 5-10 minutes to prepare and they often spill it so then you have to remake it

3. When they get scared they'll fly strait up in the air which can cause injury and death

4. They're not very smart

5. The hens will often fight

6. The hens will sometimes step on and break their own eggs

7. The males will constantly be crowing

8. If they get to wet they can die

9. They constantly spill their water

10. They DO NOT make good pets

11. Even if you raise them from an egg and handle them daily they'll still be afraid of you.

12. To many young kids keep contacting me asking for chicks and when I say I can't sell to them because they're to young for me to legaly do business with they freak out, and frankly i'm sick and tired of it!
